Who We Are

Ryan is Founder and Principal Engineer at Spark Strategic. With over a decade of experience designing and delivering technical solutions, Ryan works directly with clients to craft and execute impactful solutions.

Prior to founding Spark Strategic, Ryan helped build and fund Unified Solutions, an award-winning EMS software suite. Originally based in Pennsylvania, Unified Solutions now serves clients across the US. Ryan filled roles of Lead Developer, Lead Architect, and eventually rose to CTO as he ushered in a new era of technology for the business, which saw the company's rapid expansion into adjacent markets.

Ryan has seen firsthand the challenges of bringing new technology to life through his experience in small business, consulting, and corporate IT. As a result, he founded Spark Strategic to find and support impactful ideas and technology initiatives.

Today, Spark Strategic leads with AI — embedding purpose-built agents into client workflows — and follows with the architectural and strategic depth that comes from years of building production systems at scale.
